This service is free to SWATUK Full Member firms. For others, queries are charged at £38.75 plus VAT per 15 minute unit (£155 plus VAT per hour).
In addition to the advice given by phone, you will be sent a note of the query within 5 working days that sets out the question asked and the answer given. This is intended to provide you with a record of the consultation and also to reduce the possibility of misunderstanding.
In most cases we respond to technical queries immediately; however, this will not always be possible. We therefore undertake to give an answer to all queries received within 24 hours.
