Why create an account?
How to log in
If you haven’t yet created an online account, see “Creating an online account” below to register your details. Registration is free and will only take a few moments.
If you’ve already created an online account, click on the
button on the left-hand side of the screen. You’ll then be asked for a username and password. Your username is the email address with which you registered, and your password will be the password that you specified when you registered. Then click login to access your account.
You can check you’re logged in by scrolling to the top right of the screen, and looking underneath the SWATUK logo. You should see the words “Hello (and your name). You are logged in.”
Creating an online account
Creating an online account is free and only takes a few moments; plus, you’ll gain access to a wealth of additional features that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to access (see “Why create an account” below).
1) Click on the
button on the left-hand side of the screen. You’ll be prompted for a username and password, but since you haven’t yet got a username and password, scroll a little further down the page to the section titled “New User? Register Here”.
2) Fill in your details in this short form. On reaching the “New Password” field, enter a memorable password that no-one else would be able to guess. This will be the password you use to login to the SWATUK website.

4) You should now be logged in. To check, scroll to the top right of the screen, and look underneath the SWATUK logo. You should see the words “Hello (and your name). You are logged in.
Why create an account?
By creating an online account and logging in to the SWATUK website, you’ll be able to access a wealth of additional features that you wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
- By logging in, you’ll be able to order products and make course bookings online.
- Manage course bookings for all your staff. Plus, you can give anyone else in your firm the ability to make online bookings for themslevs only, or the whole firm.
- Access a record of your course bookings – see what courses you’ve attended in the past and those on which you’re booked to attend later this year. See below:
- View your entitlements with SWATUK. For example, if you have a season ticket, find out which courses have been used against that ticket and how many credits you have left. Plus, if you subscribe to a SWATUK membership, find out what you’re entitled to under this membership and what you have used so far. See below:
- SWATUK Full and Reduced Member firms will also be able to access a dedicated Members Only section, where they can access a library of downloadable course notes.
