Your username is the email address with which you registered an online account.
Your password is the password you created when you registered an online account.
- If you have not created an online account, click here to register. It's FREE and will only take a few moments.
- If you have tried to create an account and received an error message reading:
The email address you have entered already exists in our database.Please Click Here to retrieve your password. Please review your responses and try again.
this is because a password has already been assigned to you (see "pre-assigned passwords" below for an explanation). All you need to do is click where it reads "Click here to retrieve your password". You'll then be asked to enter your email address and on doing so, your password will be emailed to you.
Forgotten your password?
If you have simply forgotten your password, click the
button on the left-hand side of the screen, and when prompted for a username and password, click "Forgot Password?" underneath. You'll then be asked to enter your email address and on doing so, your password will be emailed to you.
Pre-assigned passwords
When the SWATUK website was built, we assigned all clients in our database a website password. This saves you from going through the process of registering an online account, since it has already been created for you.
