If you've found the course you'd like to book, or the product you'd like to order, and get a message that reads:
"Login or Register to view purchasing/booking options"
or
"Please contact your company course administrator about purchasing this product."
you're unable to book that course or order that product online. There are 2 possible reasons for this:
1) You're not logged in. You won't be able to order products or make bookings online, unless you've registered an online account and logged in. Registration is quick, easy and FREE and will only take a few moments. Click here to login, or for guidance on logging in, click here.
Once logged in, you'll be able to order products and make course bookings online.
2) You do not have the rights to order online. This may be your company's decision (i.e. they may want to maintain control of online orders by only allowing one central department - such as the HR department - to make course bookings); or it may simply be that your online rights have not yet been updated.
There will be at least one individual in your firm who has online administration rights for your firm. They will be able to grant you online booking rights (see "Allowing Your Staff to Book Online"). However, if you're unsure of who that person is, you can update your online rights by calling our courses department on 01752 725702.
Don't forget, you can still place product orders or make course bookings by calling us on 0800 2800 433.
