Anyone can access the SWATUK website using the login function further down this page.
Retrieving your password
We have passwords on our central database for most of our clients. To retrieve your password, or to check that we have your correct details on our system, enter your email address in the 'User Name' field below and then click the link which says 'Forgot Password?'.
If you are already registered on our system a green triangle will appear saying that your password will be emailed to you, this should take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox.
However, if a red triangle appears this may mean that we do not have your correct details on our system. Please check that you have entered your email address correctly. If you have entered your email address correctly, you will need to complete the 'New User? Register Here' form at the bottom of this page, including your own password.
Accessing different areas of the website
As soon as you have submitted your registration details you will have access to the site. All firms on our database have been set different membership entitlements which, deciding on the type of package you have bought from SWATUK (Full Membership, Training Subscription, Ad-hoc user etc), will enable you to access the different elements of this site according to what level of entitlements you have been granted.
In addition to the firm's entitlements to access information, each firm has also been allocated a 'Website Course Administrator'. These people can see everything relating to that firm on the website, but can also make course bookings, buy products, and update the firm's contact information on-line. If you are not a 'Website Course Administrator' you will be able to see these details, but you will not be allowed to make any changes or book courses etc.

'Members Area' - SWATUK Full and Reduced Members only
If your firm is a SWATUK Full or Reduced Member, as soon as you have logged in you will have access to the 'Members Area'. In this section, which is exclusive to this level of SWATUK membership, you will have access to a range of course notes that you will be able to download free of charge.
We will also be adding more features to this section in the future, but do let us know if there is something specific that you would like to be able to access form this section of the website.
