To assist individuals in recording the process of identifying their training needs and then planning suitable activities to meet those needs, SWAT has developed a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) form.

Our original TNA form was quite lengthy but I am pleased to announce that we have now developed a more streamlined version that remains compliant with Institute regulations.
