NEW - Online Money Laundering Training

With the arrival of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, SWATUK has taken this opportunity to launch our new online training facility.

Our new money laundering online course will provide an interactive method for you and your staff to get up to date with the latest round of regulations. Click here for full details of the course and to enrol.

Our approach to online training involves:

    • An on-screen presentation, with audio discussions that explain the regulations as you go along. NB. Your computer will need to have speakers and or the facility to use headphones, in order to hear the course.

The left hand column shows the course outline/content of the course.

The rest of the screen shows the slides to accompany the presentation

    • Quick tests to check your understanding of different aspects of the regulations.

    • A multi-choice test at the end of the course that asks a series of questions to confirm your knowledge of the subject matter. Users who are already up to speed with the rules can skip straight to the test if they would prefer not to work their way through the course. Upon completion of the test you can print a certificate, which provides evidence of money laundering training.

    • A downloadable copy of the narrative and the slides from the presentation should you wish to refer to the course material at a later date.

You can also choose to view a copy of the narrative in the Notes section of the left hand column.

The course lasts approximately 1½ hours. Online purchasers have two weeks from the date of purchase in which to complete the course and download the narrative and slides. Users who complete the course online will be able to track this as part of the CPD record of courses attended with SWATUK, which is updated in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

    CD Money Laundering Training

A copy of the online course is also available on CD, should you prefer this style of training.

The CD has an office-wide licence, so you can use the one CD to train all your staff. Priced at just £99+VAT, it offers fantastic value for money, particularly if you have a number of staff who require training.

However, the CD version does not enable you to track your CPD through the ‘My Account’ section of the SWATUK website, whereas the online version does.

Click here for more details and to order your copy.

    Costs

Online money laundering training - £35 + VAT per person.

    CD money laundering training - £99 + VAT for a multi-use licence.

Subscribers to the MLRO Support Service will receive a free copy of the CD as part of their subscription. In addition, the nominated MLRO in the Support Service will be able access the online course.

NB. SWATUK Full and Reduced Members can purchase the online or CD course at a 10% discount.

SWATUK season tickets cannot be used to purchase our CD courses.
