The CD comes with a multi-user licence enabling you to train all your staff from the one CD. Plus, this anti money laundering course contains a test and printable certificate on completion to evidence staff training. The same anti money laundering course is also available online and by joining the Money Laundering Reporting Officer Support Service, one person from your firm can undertake this course online for free.

• A monthly anti money laundering newswire - covering common queries, discussion points, feedback from SOCA and the Treasury as we get it, any changes in legislation and guidance as soon as we hear. The majority of these articles will not be available on the SWATUK website and will only be accessible to subscribers of the MLRO Support Service. Current subscribers to the MLRO Support Service say that this newswire and the technical hotline mentioned below are invaluable to them. 

• Two hours of anti money laundering technical queries. Our technical query hotline is open from 9.30am-12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm Monday to Friday. All technical queries, and any advice given, are sent to you as a written record, usually by email.
