Our IT courses enable you to improve your IT skills with various software packages, including Excel, Word, Sage, QuickBooks and Office Accounting Professional. However, you may only require training in certain elements of these. For instance, you may already be familiar with the basics of Word, but would benefit from some training in the more advanced elements.

How does it work?
Each of our IT courses has been structured around a collection of modules. For example, in Excel you will find modules on understanding basic formulae right through to creating macros. Collectively these modules constitute an entire workshop. With our IT Course Builder, you can pick out only those modules that you want to include in your course to create your own bespoke course. For example, you may want to create a course that covers everything on Excel, but just the advanced sections of Word and only the reporting features of Sage. The choice is yours.
Your bespoke course – available on CD or as an in-house course
You can use our IT Course Builder to create an IT course for your own personal use – which will be sent to you on CD – or you can create an IT course that can be held in-house for you and your staff.

To create an IT course for your own personal use, simply email david.norris@swat.co.uk to request your free copy of the IT Course Builder software, or call 0800 2800 433.
Follow the on-screen instructions to specify which modules you’d like to add to your bespoke IT course. There’s no limit to the number of modules you can add to your course; choose as many or as few as you wish, depending on your training needs and your budget.
The price of your course will vary depending on those modules you include, giving you complete control over how much you pay for your bespoke course.
Once complete, follow the on-screen instructions to send your IT Course Builder back to us.
We’ll then send you a copy of your bespoke course on CD, accompanied by your own set of course notes, enabling you to complete the course at a time and place of your convenience.
Your bespoke course – available as an in-house course
If you have a number of staff who require IT training, it may be more cost-effective for you to hold an IT course in-house for all your staff. Although we can hold any of our IT courses in-house, you may prefer to use our IT Course Builder to create a course that’s tailored to your staff’s exact IT training requirements.
To find out more about holding a bespoke IT course in-house, call us on 0800 2800 433. We’ll discuss your requirements and provide you with a copy of the IT Course Builder, allowing you to specify exactly which areas you’d like to cover in your in-house course. Your course must total either 3½ hours (half-day workshop), or 7 hours (full day workshop).
Once complete, follow the on-screen instructions to send your IT Course Builder back to us.
We’ll then liaise with you to arrange a time and place to hold your bespoke IT course, whether it be at your offices, or a venue of your choosing.
Prices for our in-house courses start from £1100+VAT plus expenses.
